License Agreement

Subject of the Agreement

This Agreement governs the terms of use of the game provided by the Contractor, as well as the procedure for granting and using virtual in-game benefits, such as virtual in-game currency («Rus’ Coin»), bonuses, and other virtual items and services.

Rights and Obligations of the User

1. The User undertakes to:

• Agree to the terms of this Agreement upon registration on the website or payment.
• Provide accurate data during registration and payment.
• Follow the rules of the game and not use third-party software to gain advantages.
• Not commit actions that violate the rights of third parties or the laws of the Russian Federation.

2. The User has the right to:

• Use virtual in-game benefits purchased on the website.
• Contact customer support for resolving issues and problems.
• Receive rewards in the form of bonuses to the game account when fulfilling payment conditions.

Rights and Obligations of the Contractor

1. The Contractor undertakes to:

• Provide the User with access to the game and acquired virtual in-game benefits.
• Ensure the security and confidentiality of the User’s personal data.
• Provide information about the current exchange rate, promotions, and bonuses.

2. The Contractor has the right to:

• Amend the terms of this Agreement with notification to the User.
• Suspend or terminate the User’s access to the game for violating the terms of the Agreement.
• Set and amend the game rules as well as the conditions for providing virtual in-game benefits.
• Block the User’s account for violating the game rules, fraud, or attempting to hack the system.

Invoice Payment

The invoice shall be paid by the Payer within one business day after issuance through the payment service.

Payer’s Reward

The Payer’s reward is credited to their game account in the form of bonuses within one business day after meeting the following conditions, unless otherwise specified:

• Receipt of payment from the Payer in the amount specified in the invoice.
• Provision by the Payer of their Game account data and necessary documents, as specified in clause 3 of this Agreement.

Payer’s Obligations

If suspicions arise regarding the Payer’s activities from state authorities or the payment system, the Payer must provide all requested documents and certified copies. If the Payer’s actions lead to claims from third parties or state authorities against «RUS’ MOBILE, ” the Payer must immediately provide all information, assist in resolving claims, and compensate for damages.

Liability

«RUS’ MOBILE» is not liable for indirect losses or lost profits of the Payer and third parties. The volume of bonuses is controlled by «RUS’ MOBILE» and depends on the invoice amount. Information about bonuses is available in real time in the game.

In-Game Currency Exchange Rate

Information about the current exchange rate and promotional days is provided in real time in the game and through official «RUS’ MOBILE» information channels. The Payer acknowledges that payment confirmation is based on the accounting system of «RUS’ MOBILE.» The Payer is responsible for the security and confidentiality of their account credentials. «RUS’ MOBILE» is not liable for unauthorized access to the Payer’s account information.

Refund Policy

Security Policy

Payments can be made using international AMD cards via Unitpay, «Mir, ” through online banking of major banks and payment systems. When paying by card, transaction security is ensured by the processing center. Confidential user data is not transmitted to „RUS’ MOBILE, ” its processing is performed on the side of the payment system and protected according to international standards.

Term of the Agreement

This Agreement comes into force from the moment of its acceptance by the User and remains valid until the service is fully provided and received, or until termination of the Agreement at the initiative of one of the Parties in accordance with the established procedure.
